Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the intertextual relationship between the Matrix and The Lego Movie.
Some of the advantages of having an intertextual relationship between the matrix and the lego movie are that the adults watching will get any references from the matrix. Also behaving the lego movie based on the matrix it will stand out to a wider audience because younger and older paper will be able to enjoy. Some disadvantages or having the intertextual relationship are that younger people watching might not get the matrix references in the lego movie. Another disadvantage of this is that parents may not have seen the matrix and might not get the references. i think that by the intertextual relationship it is an advantage because it brings in a wider audience and makes parents or older watchers appreciate the references.
